Was skeptical when this mattress arrived, coiled up in a box. After opening and laying flat, found that is was in vacuum bag (like a space saver bag). Broke the seal and it expanded perfectly. Slept like a baby. Could not be happier.

My old mattress was not giving much support, but I couldn't afford anything really expensive. This fit the bill perfectly. It's nice and firm. It was delivered in a very compact box, but when you unpack and break the seal, it kind of "sprouts" into a real mattress. This is good for easy maneuvering when you first receive it. I don't think you can flip it over, though, but maybe a firm mattress pad will do the trick.

I must admit I thought this would be a disaster , ordering this for my 86 yr old mother who had the same mattress for 30 yrs , as "nothing will ever be as good as this old one" she said , well she LOVES it , nice and firm yet allowing her painful shoulder to be comfortable all I can say is YAY !!. And so simple to deal with ,went up easy as pie.
